Everyone,
 
The Lower Perkiomen Valley Park is near the interesection of Rt. 422 and Egypt Road--across the highway from the Regal theatre in the Oaks shopping complex.  In my last email I had mistakenly indicated that the park is near Rts. 422 and 29.  
 
Getting to our pavilion: On Egypt Road, you'll go under the 422 overpass and turn right onto New Mill Road.  Go 7 tenths of a mile and make a left into the park office lot.  You can park here; we'll be in the Main Pavilion just down the hill from the lot.
 
See you there, and don't forget to tell your den leader what you can bring.

Everyone, 
Let’s wrap up the Scouting season with a picnic 2pm this Sunday, May 23, at Lower Perkiomen Valley Park.   Look for us at one of the pavilions.  Feel free to bring a Frisbee, soccer or football.  Also bring bikes and helmets, as the Perkiomen trail runs alongside the park. The dress code is the “class b” t shirt.  The pack will be providing hot dogs and water; we are requesting that den families bring the following: 
Tigers: drinks & cups 
Wolves: Napkins, utensils, plates 
Bears: Desserts (fruit, cookies, brownies, etc.) 
Webelos: Appetizers & sides (potato salad, veggie tray, cheese and crackers, etc.) 
Please let your den leader know what you plan on bringing.  Lower Perkiomen Park is located near the intersection of Routes 29 and 422.  For directions, please go to www.montcopa.org/parks/ and look for Lower Perkiomen Valley Park in the menu.
